Returns & Exchanges Policy
A quick word from the Haus:
We wish we could stock a heavenly warehouse full of backup shirts just in case something doesn’t fit right — but since everything you see is made-to-order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a real issue with your order.
So before you click “Buy,” double-check your size, color, and address. Each product page includes a full size chart to help you get the best fit. Need help choosing? Shoot us a DM on Instagram or reach out through our contact page — we’ve got you.
😬 Something’s off?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or way off from what you ordered, that’s on us — and we’ll make it right.
Here’s how to get it fixed fast:
- Email us at faithhausshop@gmail.com with your order number
- Include photos of the issue (wrong size, damaged item, etc.)Let us know within 7 days of receiving your package
We’ll review it and either send a replacement or issue a refund if it qualifies. Factory errors happen sometimes, but we always aim to fix them with grace and speed.
🕒 Time-sensitive stuff:
Need to change something on your order? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. We start production pretty quick, so the sooner you reach out, the better.
🚚 Didn’t receive your order?
If your package was marked "delivered" but didn’t show up, check with your neighbors, leasing office, or porch gnomes. Still missing? Email us and we’ll work with you on a solution.
If your order was returned due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it to the right spot once you cover the postage. Just make sure your info is correct the first time — it saves everybody the headache.
